A written quotation is the single most important element of our client/contractor relationship. Your quote will clearly outline the costs of labor and materials, and will also include an estimated timeframe for project completion.
Our contractors will make our clients aware of any urgent deadlines before the signing of the contract takes place. We always provide an estimated project schedule in writing.

Repair refers to fixing or restoring damaged or broken parts of a structure to bring it back to its original condition. This can include fixing plumbing or electrical systems, fixing roof leaks, or repairing cracks in the walls.

This can involve tearing down walls, adding rooms, and changing the layout of the space. Remodeling is often more extensive than renovation and usually requires a higher level of investment.
In general, renovation focuses on improving the current space, repair focuses on fixing specific problems, and remodeling involves a more significant change to the structure.
We always clarify payment arrangements before signing the contract. Besides modest deposits on signing (10% of project) or product deposits (30 – 50%), no money is ever paid in advance. We collect progress payments made on regular intervals (i.e. every 2 weeks) based on work completed or work in process BUT NEVER in advance of work.
We are licensed and insured. We carry liability insurance with the minimum coverage of five million dollars.
We continue to service our clients for years well after the construction is completed and the warranties have expired, because we believe in having a strong client/contractor relationship.
