Our Process

Complete our Project Request Form to tell us a bit about your project. We will review your entry and will contact you within 24 hours of your online submission.

We’ll call to discuss your project and find out what exactly you need. If it’s not something we can do, we’ll let you know and even point you in the direction of someone who can help. We’ll ensure we are a great fit for the project, then schedule an on-site consultation to come to your home.

When we meet at your home we’ll complete measurements, drawings, determine pre-material selection and give you a price range for your project. We’ll gather all the essential details about your project, including your budget, design preferences, timeline, and any specific requirements you may have.

4. Selecting Material 

We’ll assist you in selecting materials and finishes for your remodel. Whether you prefer to explore options virtually or in person, our team will provide guidance and recommendations to help you choose the perfect materials that align with your design vision and budget. 

 5. Project Agreement

After selecting materials, we’ll prepare the project agreement outlining the scope of work, project timeline, and investment. Your quote will be tailored to your specific project requirements and preferences, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding all aspects of the remodel.

Following the authorization of your project agreement, we’ll develop personalized design concepts based on your input and preferences. We’ll provide digital renderings, floor plans, and mood boards via email, online meetings or in-person. 

Opt for virtual design and enjoy a remote planning. We’ll use virtual walkthroughs, video calls, and online tools to assess your space, discuss concepts, and gather your input. Alternatively, you can opt for concierge in-home planning. 

7. Scheduling Your Install

Once the final proposal is approved, we’ll work with you to schedule your kitchen remodeling project. Our team will coordinate all aspects of the project, from procurement to installation, to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.

 8. Construction & Walkthrough

Before we begin any construction, we protect your home. If required, demolition and framing is addressed first. Following this, we’ll focus on installing drywall and flooring, and integrating the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems needed.

Your project manager works with the crew chief and crew to inspect all the details on the job to make sure everything looks great and is done correctly. As we near completion, attention will turn to the finer touches: painting, cabinetry, appliances, and any additional finishing work. 

Rest assured, we’ll ensure your home is left immaculate, with no debris in sight. W e remove all old material and debris, sweep, clean, and mop. Once your kitchen has been remodeled, we’ll complete a walk-through with you to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

Our primary objective is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with the final result. We strive to make this day a moment of celebration and fulfillment as you step into your newly transformed space. Your satisfaction is our greatest reward, and we take pride in delivering a finished product that brings your dream to life.

We want to make sure you continue to love your project, so we follow up with you in 1 week, 1 month, and 1 year. You’ll receive a thank-you gift, monthly emails, and newsletter updates. After one year, we offer a complimentary inspection.
