1. Complete Our Online Project Request Form
Complete our Project Request Form to tell us a bit about your project. We will review your entry and will contact you within 24 hours of your online submission.
2. Phone Consultation
We’ll call to discuss your project and find out what you need, to ensure we are a great fit for the project, then schedule an on-site consultation to come to your home.
3. On-Site Consultation
During our visit to your home, we’ll take measurements, complete rough drawings, gathering all essential details about your project — including budget, design preferences, timeline, and any specific needs — to ensure we can prepare an accurate quote.
4. Project Agreement
Once you approve your quote, we’ll prepare the project agreement outlining the scope of work, project timeline, and estimated investment. Your quote will be tailored to your specific project requirements and preferences, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding all aspects of the remodel.
5. Selecting Material
Following the authorization of your project agreement, we’ll assist you in selecting materials and finishes for your remodel. Our team will provide guidance and recommendations to help you choose the perfect materials that align with your design vision and budget.
6. Design & Planning
Next, we’ll develop personalized design concepts based on your input and preferences.
Opt for virtual design and enjoy a remote planning! We can use virtual walkthroughs, video calls, and online tools to assess your space, discuss concepts, and gather your input.
Alternatively, you can opt for in-home planning.
7. Scheduling Your Install
Once the final proposal is approved, we’ll work with you to schedule your remodeling project. Our team will coordinate all aspects of the project, from procurement to installation, to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.
8. Construction & Walkthrough
Before we begin any construction, we protect your home. If required, demolition and framing is addressed first. Following this, we’ll focus on installing drywall and flooring, and integrating the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems needed.
Your project manager works with the crew chief and crew to inspect all the details on the job to make sure everything looks great and is done correctly. As we near completion, attention will turn to the finer touches: painting, cabinetry, appliances, and any additional finishing work.
9. Post Walk through
Rest assured, we’ll ensure your home is left immaculate, with no debris in sight. We remove all old material and debris. Once your remodel is complete, we’ll conduct a walk-through with you to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
10. Project Completion
Our primary objective is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with the final result. Your satisfaction is our greatest reward, and we take pride in delivering a finished product that brings your dream to life!
11. Follow Up
We want to make sure you continue to love your project, so we follow up with you in 1 week, 1 month, and 1 year. We hope to keep in touch via occasional emails and newsletter updates. After one year, we offer a complimentary inspection (optional).
